Accelink Technologies Co., Ltd (Accelink), a leading provider of optical transceiver products, is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking demonstration of green optics in collaboration with Celestica at the OFC 2025 trade show being held at Moscone Center in San Francisco from March 30th to April 3rd 2025.

At this event, Accelink will showcase its cutting-edge optical transceiver products for 800G including:

·800G DR8 Linear Pluggable Optics (LPO)
· 800G 2xFR4 Linear Pluggable Optics (LPO)
· 800G DR8 Linear Receive Optics (LRO)
· 800G DR8 Immersion Cooling
· 800G 2xFR4 and DR8 with DSP
· 800ZR

This demo emphasizes Accelink’s commitment to sustainability and technological innovation. The LPO and LRO technologies allow for reduced overall power consumption compared to traditional pluggable optics that use DSP.

The demo setup will also include an immersion cooling tank, showcasing Accelink’s immersion cooling compatible transceiver submerged in a coolant, thus emphasizing energy efficiency and thermal management.

A key highlight of the demonstration will be the incorporation of Celestica's DS5000, 800GbE data center switch. The DS5000 features 64 OSFP 800GbE ports, providing a 51.2 Tbps Ethernet-based fabric solution within a 2U form factor to deliver next-generation, high-performance networking. Celestica’s DS5000 is fully compatible with LPO and LRO, both of which offer significant advantages in reducing the overall power consumption.
